Some Studies on Cocoa and its benefits

I found the following information online that talks about the health benefits of eating the right kind of chocolate or cocoa.


* Cornell University food scientists say that cocoa has nearly twice the antioxidants of red wine and up to three times those found in green tea. With Raw Cacao Powder, it would be 14 times more than Red Wine and 21 times more than Green Tea!

* Italian researchers found eating 100 grams of dark chocolate each day for 15 days lowered blood pressure in the 15-person study. The University of L'Aquila team also found the body's ability to metabolize sugar — a problem for people with diabetes — was improved. Because the effect was believed to be due to Antioxidant levels, with Raw Cacao Powder we can likely multiply this effect.

* Doctor Gabriel Cousens’ clinical research (which I have taken part in) has demonstrated that eating cacao and cacao products (chocolate powder) are safe and healthy and can actually help to improve some blood sugar disorders. How I Lost Weight by Eating Chocolate...

About 2 years ago I came across a company that said that they had "Healthy Chocolate". At first I though they were crazy because being the chocoholic that I was I knew that chocolate was bad for me. After lots of research on the Internet on chocolate and the company that manufactured this "Healthy Chocolate" I decided to try it for myself.

Although I have never really been over weight, I had gone up to 180 lbs which for me is more than I like to be. My ideal weight is about 165 lbs.

After eating the chocolate for about 2 months I realized that my pants were not as tight anymore so I weighed myself and realized that I had gone down to 164lbs without even trying to lose weight.

I then realized that my cravings for other "bad" sweets like cookies, donuts, ice cream, cakes...etc. had virtually gone away since I had been eating this Healthy Chocolate.

I would recommend to anyone trying to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle to look into these amazing products.
